Our Charity Development Specialist, Suzanne Hodnett, is offering dedicated one-to-one sessions with her this January at our office in Chertsey. These sessions are designed to give you focused, practical help with specific issues chosen by you.
These meetings are ideal for charity leaders, trustees, volunteer coordinators, and anyone needing personalised guidance. Each session will give you 3 hours of dedicated time, allowing you to work with her on your challenge and ideally make progress there and then with a problem or required task. You are welcome to use as much or as little of the time as you need – and Suzanne is available after the sessions for any additional support you man need, if that’s helpful.
What could you be working on?
Bring your questions, your problems, and your laptop. Together, you’ll be able to work with Suzanne directly on your files and plans in the moment. Common areas to cover include:
Whether you’re stuck on a particular document or plan, want help with a funding application or case for support, need a sounding board for a tricky operational issue, or simply want guidance and encouragement that you’re on the right lines, this is your space. The plan is that you will have practical outputs you can take away, not simply something else to add to your to-do list. The session will give you the space and the in-the-moment support, often hard to find during the busy day-to-day running of a charity, so that you can make progress.
