Mental health problems can affect anyone on any day of the year, but the 10th of October is a great day to show your support for better mental health and start to look after your own wellbeing.

Living with a mental health problem can often have an impact on day to day life, making things that others might not think about a bit more difficult. Every day this week we have tweeted a different way for you to take control of your mental health using:

  • food
  • exercise
  • sleep
  • socialisation
  • activities
