Voluntary Support North Surrey has welcomed new trustee David Camp to our board this January. David is founder and Chief Executive of allianceHR Ltd, founder and Chair of Stronger Together, and Chair of the Association of Labour Providers. He  brings a wealth of employment law and workforce strategy experience to the board.  

David said, “My recent career has been in human rights, working with commercial retail organisations to prevent and address exploitation risks to vulnerable workers. 

“I wanted to volunteer with a local organisation – Voluntary Support North Surrey appealed to me as it’s all about supporting vulnerable people. From a personal perspective, volunteering here will help me to better understand and support my local community and I can put my skills and experience to good use with an organisation that supports charities and community groups working across a broad spectrum.”
