Get Started on Social Media training (event is now fully booked but you can sign up for the waiting list)

Social media is a wonderful way to raise your profile, find volunteers and supporters, collect donations and publicise events.Deciding on which platform to use, setting up an account, writing a post, deciding who to follow are the first steps for your charity’s social media profile. This practical workshop will help you create an account, start posting, start following and get you noticed.
This two-hour practical session has been designed and will be delivered by a Film, Television and Digital Production student at Royal Holloway and the session is aimed at those who:

• Would like help setting up any of the following social media accounts for their organisation (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram)
OR
• Would like support to help build up confidence in using any of the above social media channels
