Recruiting & Managing Young Volunteers (19-25yrs)

The session enables organisations to know how and where to find young volunteers and how to manage them effectively in order to keep them engaged as volunteers. We also look at how the Covid-19 pandemic has changed volunteering and the opportunity that we now have to capitalise on this. The session challenges organisations to think differently about how they have traditionally recruited volunteers and gives them the knowledge and tools to be more confident in recruiting young volunteers aged 19-25 years old. and give you the knowledge and tools to be more confident in recruiting young volunteers aged 19-25 years old.
