Time to Change Forum

As part of sharing learning from the Time to Change project, going forward into our second year of engagement we will be hosting quarterly forums.

The forum will give the opportunity to likeminded Surrey voluntary organisations to come together to discuss successes and challenges with regards to recruiting young volunteers and share ideas and best practice with each other.

This first forum will reflect on lessons learned and notable successes during the year, with subsequent themes to be chosen by the group.

We also look at how the Covid-19 pandemic has changed volunteering and the opportunity that we now have to capitalise on this. The session challenges organisations to think differently about how they have traditionally recruited volunteers and gives them the knowledge and tools to be more confident in recruiting young volunteers aged 19-25 years old. and give you the knowledge and tools to be more confident in recruiting young volunteers aged 19-25 years old.
