DESCRIPTION:We are running an online training session on Recruiting & Managing Young Volunteers (19-25) on 15 October. These sessions were formerly delivered under the Time to Change project. \nThis training will cover:  \n\nHow your organisation can benefit from young volunteers.\nThe potential barriers between young people and volunteering and how to break these down.\nWhat young people are looking for in a voluntary role.\nWays of making volunteering roles more appealing and attractive to young people.\nHow to manage young volunteers effectively.\n\nWe also cover issues around board diversity and a lack of young trustees (under 30). \nIf you have any questions about the training\, please contact Jordan at jordan@voluntarysupport.org.uk. \nPlease complete the short form below if you would like to attend.
