DESCRIPTION:This course is now fully booked.\nThe course will be delivered by blended learning – 50% completed online ahead of the in-person session which will take 3 hours. The e-learning element will be shared 21 days before the in-person session. The course content includes:- Unconscious casualty (breathing – recovery position)\, CPR\, hands-on with the Defibrillator\, choking\, heart attacks\, seizures\, minor injuries (nose bleeds\, grazes)\, severe bleeds including bandage work\, and the use of haemostats\, burns\, accident books\, and contents of a First Aid Kit. The trainer is also happy to touch on the use of epi-pens and anaphylaxis.
