Admin Assistant for a Charity Supporting Children and Adults in Uganda (SP)

Support a Ugandan charity — from Shepperton.
We’re looking for a reliable and flexible Admin Assistant to support the UK-based coordinator of Uganda Lodge Community Projects, a charity helping children and vulnerable adults in South-West Uganda.

You’ll start by working alongside the Lead Trustee in Shepperton to get familiar with the charity’s needs. Once confident, you may continue independently in a specific admin role, with flexibility on days and times to suit you.

Your support will help keep vital projects running smoothly and directly impact the lives of people in sub-Saharan Africa.

Tasks may include:

• Updating spreadsheets and database records
• Responding to and organising emails
• General office admin tasks

What skills do I need?

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Computer literate and comfortable using Word, Excel, and email.
• An interest in supporting children and vulnerable adults in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Experience with office administration and working with computer systems.
