Chertsey & Addlestone Good Neighbours offers vital practical help—like shopping, prescription collection, and lifts to appointments—7 days a week. As a Volunteer Administration Officer, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly by answering calls. This role requires someone with a good telephone manner who speaks loudly and clearly on the phone, as many of our clients are hard of hearing. They also need to have good computing skills to use a simple computer booking system (full training provided).
This flexible role can be done from home and is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organised, and being part of a caring community.
