Catalyst Support
The Amigo aims to pair volunteers with individuals in need of assistance in their recovery journey from mental health challenges. Our volunteers assist individuals out of isolation, make connections to local community activities, support individuals to enhance confidence and increase motivation. Your role as an Amigo is crucial in enabling us to assist those recovering from mental health challenges. If you are interested in mental health, hoping to contribute to the community, or simply enjoy supporting others and meeting new people, please reach out to explore how you can make a difference. As part of your volunteer experience, we provide ongoing training, conduct a DBS check, and offer continuous support through regular meetings.
