Queen Elizabeth's Foundation (CSVA)
The QEF volunteer team is expanding and needs support in finding more volunteers. We do that by researching local groups, talking to volunteer centres, finding innovative places to advertise our opportunities and networking through local organisations.
We need someone to assist with all aspect of volunteer recruitment and related admin. This role would suit someone who is organised, methodical, confident with MS office and willing to learn about the databases we use. But most of all, enthusiastic about supporting QEF and working with our volunteers.
Ideally we would like two half days a week but are happy to discuss other options.
Depending on what you enjoy, there may also be opportunities to meet and introduce new volunteers to QEF and assist with the induction and on-boarding process. There will also be project work involving researching, collating and utilising statistics to produce reports.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
