We are looking for a volunteer in the PR Team to support the Marketing & Communications Manager researching, contacting, booking and record keeping celebrity activity to support with the important work of raising the profile of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
Supporting the team in researching and identifying possible celebrity supporters. Contacting celebrities and agents and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Communicating with celebrities regarding events and campaigns and general charity news. Documenting research activity by adding and managing information to the database and checking accuracy Tracking existing celebrity supporter activity Providing ad-hoc administration support.
Understanding of the celebrity and entertainment environment and how agents and celebrities interact with charities; Media relations experience especially celebrity management, Strong interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication.
Excellent attention to detail Competent user of Microsoft Office, Facebook, X
