Egham & Staines Conservation Volunteers (SP)
Make a difference to your local green spaces — one Sunday at a time.
Join Egham & Staines Conservation Volunteers and help improve the local environment for wildlife and the community. We meet every other Sunday morning and work alongside local groups on practical conservation tasks such as clearing overgrowth, maintaining habitats, and improving access to green spaces.
It’s a great way to learn new skills, stay active, and spend time outdoors — whether you come on your own, with friends, or as a family. Tools, equipment, and refreshments are provided, and each session runs from 10am to around 1pm.
All are welcome! Just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in.
Please note: Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We’re looking for volunteers who are:
- Happy to work outdoors in all seasons
- Reasonably fit and mobile
- Team players who enjoy practical tasks
- Enthusiastic about nature, wildlife, or environmental work
