Fundraising (SP)

Opportunity is based in Shepperton supporting UK based project co-ordinator for a S.W. Ugandan charity.

Role includes:

• Advising the charity on fundraising strategy
• Writing and submitting bids/proposals to source funding for charity
• Promoting the charity through social media including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
• Collating and managing photos and video clips using Photoshop or similar for use in fundraising.

One or two afternoons per week.

What skills do I need?

Experience of social media networking tools.

Experience in fund-raising or researching and writing grant applications especially welcomed.

Ability to write bids/proposals to secure funding for charity.

Must be interested in Africa.

Good office skills.
