The Hub Englefield Green (RM)
Volunteers needed to support and encourage community gardening participation.
A local group meet on Wednesdays between 10 am - 12 pm to help in the Hub garden.
There are a variety of tasks to get involved in which are suitable for all levels and physical abilities.
We weed, plant, water and pick the produce to take home.
Some of our regular participants benefit from support through another adult working alongside them. We particularly welcome volunteers who are interested in enabling those who need a little extra help and guidance in completing tasks.
All tools are provided.
Snacks and drinks are provided.
Further gardening opportunities, such as family gardening days during the holidays, are available too.
If you like working outdoors and enjoy gardening and helping others to garden, this could be the opportunity for you.
