Join a friendly and welcoming local gardening group at The Hub in Englefield Green! We’re looking for volunteers to help support and encourage community gardening, where people of all ages and abilities come together to enjoy nature, grow produce, and build connections.
Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just enjoy getting your hands dirty, there’s something for everyone. Tasks include weeding, planting, watering, and harvesting produce—with the reward of taking some home! We particularly welcome volunteers who are keen to encourage and support others, especially those who may benefit from a little extra guidance.
Snacks, drinks, and all tools are provided, and additional opportunities like family gardening days take place during school holidays.
