Aurora Academies Trust is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Local Academy Boards (LABs) in our academies in Crawley and Horley. As a board member, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and governance of our thriving schools, ensuring the highest quality of education for all our pupils.

Our LABs contribute to the work of the trust in ensuring high standards of achievement for all children in the school by providing support and challenge to school leaders. This includes considering relevant data and feedback provided on from school leaders, asking challenging questions, listening to and reporting to the school’s stakeholders - pupils, parents, staff and the wider community.
