Surrey Heath Neighbourhood Watch (VSNS)
A nice flexible admin role involving arranging meetings (booking rooms and collating agendas) and taking minutes at our meetings.
In terms of input the role is not too demanding as there are very quiet periods and then periods with a bit of organising and/or typing that you can do when it suits you. But for the smooth running of the group it is a crucial role.
The meetings are at the St Mary's Church Meeting rooms in Camberley. They are only every 2 months for about 2 hours - usually on a Monday morning.
You can make a difference to your local community by giving our group a few hours of your time.
Typing and note taking skills important.
General IT skills to coordinate booking meetings and distributing notes.
Be organised and friendly team player.
