Make a Real Difference in Men’s Lives

Andy’s Man Club is a charity offering free, peer-to-peer support groups for men across the UK. We’re setting up a new group at Woodhatch Community Centre – and we need reliable, compassionate volunteers to help us run it.

What’s Involved?

As part of a team of facilitators, you’ll help host a weekly, men’s-only support group where men can talk openly and honestly in a safe, non-judgemental space. You’ll:

• Welcome attendees and help set up the space

• Introduce the format of the session (you’ll be fully trained)

• Help guide conversation using provided prompts

• Keep the group inclusive, respectful, and supportive

• Work alongside other trained volunteers

You won’t be expected to offer advice or therapy – just to listen, support, and create a safe environment.

No Experience Needed – Just a Willingness to Help

What skills do I need?

You don’t need qualifications in mental health or counselling. You’ll receive full training and support from Andy’s Man Club. We’re just looking for men who:

• Believe in the power of conversation.

• Are good listeners and reliable team players.

• Can commit to regular weekly sessions (usually 1.5–2 hours)
