Make a lasting difference in a young person’s life by becoming a mentor with Ficos World CIC.

We’re looking for committed volunteers who can give just a couple of hours a week to guide, support and inspire young people. Whether you're from a business, creative, or professional background, your experience and encouragement can help shape a young person's future. Mentors will help build development plans, offer career insight, and create meaningful connections.

What skills do I need?

  • Passion for supporting young people
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Patience and empathy
  • Ability to build rapport and trust
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Background in business, education, or professional sectors (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other mentors or programme leaders
