London Bus Museum (CSVA)
A volunteer steward will be helping staff the museum under the Duty Manager for the day. There will be a red uniform supplied by the museum.
There will be face to face contact with the public, welcoming and receiving them to the London Bus Museum, stewarding, guiding and advising them about the exhibits on display.
You will also have the opportunity to answer queries about the museum and its events over the telephone and in person and the opportunity to assist in administration tasks in the museum office.
Approachable and friendly disposition, ability to communicate clearly, a team player, flexible and willing to do a variety of tasks on a rota basis.
IT skills desirable but not essential.

Ideally attend the museum on a weekly basis from 10am to 5pm in the summer and 10am to 4pm in the winter but this can be varied with notice to the Duty Manager for the day and the officer responsible for steward rosters.
