Sing-Along Volunteer

Join the Joy – Be a Sing-Along Volunteer in Chertsey!

Do you love music, chatting over a cuppa, and bringing joy to others? Join us for a relaxed, feel-good monthly singing group at St Peter’s Church, Chertsey, and help create a welcoming, social space for all.

The group meets on the first Monday of every month from 2pm to 3.30pm, supported by the COCO Primary Care Network social prescribing team. It’s informal, uplifting, and open to everyone – and we’d love your help to make it extra special.

As a volunteer, you’ll:

• Welcome attendees with a smile and friendly conversation

• Join in the singing (no voice training needed – just enthusiasm!)

• Help with making and serving teas, coffees and refreshments

• Support a relaxed, inclusive, and sociable atmosphere

No experience is needed – just a warm personality, willingness to help out, and a sense of fun.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around people, supporting community health and wellbeing, and doesn’t mind singing in a group! You'll benefit from and use:
