Sport in Mind (VSNS)
Sport in Mind need volunteers to help them run sport and physical activity sessions with adults who are experiencing mental health problems in the local community.
Session volunteers will be helping their session leaders to provide a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere for their attendees.
No previous sport or mental health experience required, volunteers need to be patient, engaging, open friendly and encouraging
Volunteers will need to provide their own transport to and from the venue.

Volunteers need to be available for 1 session per week for approximately 1 hour. Badminton sessions are every Monday, 1pm - 2pm. Pickleball sessions are every Monday, 2pm - 3pm
