Cavendish House Trust
The Cavendish House Trust (formerly The Monica Cantwell Trust) is looking for two new Trustees to join their small board.
The Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the charity meets its objectives.
The Charity will be formally changing its name and Articles of Association with the Charity Commission. It will become formally known as the Lingfield Community Foundation.
The charity will give grants to organisations supporting people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health issues and substance misuse in East Surrey, with a focus on Lingfield.
We are looking for two trustees with the following expertise:
We also welcome applications from people who would be keen to gain skills in these areas and/or younger people from Lingfield (18+).

Time commitment: Approximately 4 Board meetings per year (around 1 hour each, usually online) and occasional input by email; approximately 2 hours per month. Plus an Annual Away Day, which will also serve as the AGM, usually in Lingfield. Term: 3-year term, renewable, normally to a maximum of 3 terms (9 years).
