Hello!
We are Sparklers, a charity who provide support to individuals with Additional Needs and their families. We are recruiting for trustees to join our friendly team of volunteers and our other trustees.
Our board of trustees ensure that Sparklers’ assets are used responsibly to the benefit of our beneficiaries. We would very much like to invite interested parties with a passion for helping children, young people and families and special needs to volunteer and join us in this capacity.
This role would suit anyone over the age of 18 who has one or more of the relevant skills and experience required. A trustee is appointed for a maximum period of 3 years, participates in a board meeting each quarter, be willing to support events if available and volunteer a couple of hours each month when necessary.
Any of these Skills and experience required:
*Experience working with children and young people
*Legal background or experience
*Financial background or experience
*Admin/ IT/Website experience or skills
