You'll join a lively Board with a strong team ethos. We work closely with the CEO and hold an annual strategy day with staff and volunteers to determine the priorities for the next year.

As Company Secretary your role will include timely filing of documents with Companies House, the Charity Commission and the CAEE storage system, organising the agenda, documents, venue and minutes of Board meetings and the AGM, ensuring compliance with the law and Articles regarding trustee appointments, keeping up to date with policy reviews and leading on governance projects.

We're in an exciting period with potential change in to a group structure or mergers to follow Surrey's move to become a unitary authority.

There are interesting times ahead!
