Watercolour Estate has existed for 14 years and comprises of over 600 flats and houses. Watercolour also benefits from a children's nursery, a vet, a pharmacy, a doctors surgery and a Tesco Express. The nature reserve is also close by offering spectacular walks and views, as well as an array of wildlife.
