Trustees (CSVA)

We are looking for Trustees to join our experienced and dedicated Board.  In particular, we are looking for Trustees with strong knowledge & expertise in the following areas:  Fundraising; HR (leadership development and/or organisational design); Technology (automation, systems design and integration).  You must have empathy to our cause and a willingness to use your skills to help develop the overall vision, strategy and impact of Your Sanctuary.  There is a leadership team in place which manages the charity on a day-to-day basis.  

As well as some initial training, you will need to be able to commit to six half day board meetings each year (Saturday mornings either in person or virtually) and one 'strategy day' (in-person within the Woking area).  You will also need to provide support and advice on an ad hoc basis when your area of expertise is required. If you can make a real difference to the lives of women, men and children affected by domestic abuse then please get in touch.

What skills do I need?
