Camberley Sea Cadets
The primary purpose of all the UMT Trustees is to support the Unit Chairman to manage a safe, effective and successful Sea Cadet unit. The UMT is responsible for the running of the unit at a strategic and management level. The UMT meet once a month to discuss business management, facilities and fundraising opportunities. Trustees are also welcome to get involved with cadet activity.
A passion for facilitating the delivery of the Sea Cadet experience and a general interest in development of young people. No formal qualifications are required and additional training opportunities can be offered if interested. There are specific roles also available and training can be offered.

Cadets parade twice a week and Trustees are welcome to attend parade evenings, but primary requirement is a minimum of once a month at UMT meetings. Attention to emails and correspondence is required.
