The Arts Society Weybridge (CSVA)
Come and join our member friendly Art Appreciation Society.
Looking for an organised person who enjoys visiting places of interest and the increased opportunity for socialising with fellow lively, active retired members.
This role will involve researching and organising venues for our 3 Day Visits per year e.g. museums, country houses and gardens.
Arrange an annual 5/6 day holiday/tour, alternating each year between UK and Europe (coach/flights) with an accredited Tour Operator. Groups range between 30 – 40 members.
Attend and report progress at monthly team meetings (via zoom). Occasional in-person.
No previous experience is required, expenses will be paid and support given.
There will be a handover from the incumbent who is available for advice.
Role Description and Current Programme Card are available.
No formal qualifications required.
Basic computer skills such as emails and ‘Word’ software.

Flexible working from home in your own time, reporting progress to the team at one monthly meeting on Fridays, and although preferable to attend and take bookings from members at two monthly lectures prior to each visit, cover with notice is available.
