Helping Hands Good Neighbour Scheme (SH)
HHGN are a good neighbours group formed to provide transport for anyone needing support in Frimley Green, Deepcut and Mytchett, taking clients to doctors, hospital, dentists, daycentre etc.
We are looking for volunteers to be drivers and also duty officers to take phone calls and liaise with our clients.
Could you help? Yes! If you have your own car, have a few hours to spare and above all have a caring nature, then this is for you.
The amount of time you give is entirely up to you. You will need a full driving licence and a DBS check and enthusiasm for community support.
Duty officers - patience and good telephone skills to take requests and match volunteers, a sense of humour!
