Volunteer Office Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organised Volunteer Office Coordinator to join our vibrant team.

Key responsibilities

- To oversee general office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintaining office supplies and placing orders as required.

- Coordinating utilities and insurance renewals.

- Planning office rotas ensuring adequate cover across opening hours, including keyholders for opening and closing. Organising and developing filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible.

- Coordinating with suppliers and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies.

- Fostering a positive and collaborative office culture by ensuring a clean, welcoming and inclusive environment.

What skills do I need?

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.

Basic IT skills - eg familiarity with email, scheduling tools or data entry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

Familiarity with Admin processes and office management practices. Friendly and approachable fostering open and positive interactions.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting a volunteer-driven organization.

Experience or interest in community focused work.
