Join our vibrant team at The Workshop, supporting 18-24 year olds in Surrey Heath with free careers guidance. Your admin skills will directly help young people take their first steps into employment.
Your Impact Will Include:
• Providing warm welcomes to drop-in visitors
• Recording young people's details and interests
• Creating eye-catching noticeboard displays
• Assisting with job research and resources
• Supporting careers events and workshops
We're Looking For Volunteers Who:
✓ Can commit reliably (flexibility appreciated)
✓ Enjoy working with young adults
✓ Have basic IT skills (Word/Excel)
✓ Bring creativity to presentations
✓ Have a positive, encouraging attitude
Bonus (Not Essential):
• Careers/education background
• Design skills for displays
Skills You'll Develop:
This role builds your youth engagement, administrative and creative communication abilities. You'll gain experience in careers support while helping shape young people's professional journeys.
