It can even lead to new funding opportunities.  \nHow do you ensure you are diverse and inclusive and offer all the same opportunities and outcomes? \nHow do you ensure you don’t offend with the wrong language\, and how can you avoid being tokenistic? \nThis course provides an introduction to EDI. It will signpost to practical resources and provide templates and ideas for developing your own EDI strategy for your organisation and monitoring its impact.
