Assistant Volunteer to the Volunteer Co-ordinator (CSVA)

The QEF volunteer team is expanding and needs support in finding more volunteers. We do that by researching local groups, talking to volunteer centres, finding innovative places to advertise our opportunities and networking through local organisations.

This role would suit a confident outgoing person, who enjoys a challenge and likes being out and about. Some of the activities will be office and research based so will require a good working knowledge of Word and Excel, whilst other tasks may be more practical like distributing leaflets.

Depending on what you enjoy, there may also be opportunities to meet and introduce new volunteers to QEF and assist with the induction and on-boarding process. There will also be project work involving researching, collating and utilising statistics to produce reports. What skills do I need?

Good written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
