The HQ Site Manager is part of the Hall Team, looking after the 1st Weybridge HQ to ensure that it is always safe, secure and functional for all users. Communicating with the Group Trustees via WhatsApp and email, the role involves keeping an eye on the hall and site, applying basic DIY skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making regular visits to the HQ.
  • Arranging remedial works where necessary on the building and services.
  • Keeping the venue risk assessment up to date.
  • Liaising with the HQ Lettings Manager and HQ Admin Manager.
  • Briefing the Trustees on site maintenance issues at the termly Trustee meetings
