CSH Surrey is looking to recruit volunteers in various roles in order to enhance patient experience and support staff at  Woking Community Hospital.

The postholder will make a significant difference to our patients, visitors, and our staff. Depending on the area they work, a volunteer will undertake a variety of activities including talking to patients, helping patients fill out surveys or doing activities with our patients.

No experience is needed to be a volunteer however, due to the differing needs of staff and patients, it is essential you behave in a respectful and compassionate manner whilst always maintaining confidentiality.

If you are looking to expand your skillset and gain valuable experience for your CV, volunteering can really help. Being a volunteer in the NHS is a rewarding opportunity. Ideally we would like a volunteer to be with us for 6 months coming into the hospital minimum once every two weeks.

This is a general advert that covers a wide range of roles therefore, if you are interested in offering your time, please submit an application.
