Staines Community Centre (SP)
This is a customer service position , with responsibilities that include: - greeting and welcoming visitors' centre's members - taking booking and payments for activities and lunches -directing visitors to appropriate information regarding Centre's activities and events - handling some administrative tasks related to the activities and lunches
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, face to face and on the telephone - a positive "can do" attitude and ability to support vulnerable members of the public - able to work reliably and independently in a busy environment - able to remain calm under pressure - experience and confidence with handling money
