Join Royal Voluntary Service in delivering small joys to NHS staff, patients and visitors through our retail trolley service. You'll wheel a trolley of snacks, drinks, newspapers and essentials through Frimley Park Hospital, offering both practical items and warm conversation to those who can't leave their wards.
This heartwarming role strengthens your active listening and compassionate communication as you interact with people during vulnerable moments. You'll gain valuable experience in customer service and retail operations while navigating hospital environments. Many volunteers find their emotional intelligence and situational awareness grows profoundly through these meaningful connections.
*Must be 18+. Full training provided - your kindness is the most important qualification!*
