New Haw and Woodham Good Neighbours (RM)
We offer practical help (shopping, collecting prescriptions, driving to appointments etc) 7 days a week, to the residents of New Haw and Woodham who need and ask for help regardless of age.
As a volunteer driver you would have a number of roles. Transporting people to doctors, hospitals, shops, hairdressers etc. visiting housebound clients to change library books or a bit of shopping.
You would need a valid driving licence and insurance, DBS check and an interest in caring for people in your community.
