Headway Surrey
Join us on our annual Charity Walk on Sunday 19th May from 9.45am from Shalford Park, GU4 8BL. We have once again teamed up with the Rotary Club of Guildford District, we have route options: 1.6km, 5km or 10km. Dogs are also welcome!!
Alternatively if you don't fancy walking we need one person from 9am to be at the start to meet the Chief Executive Officer to assemble a table and banner, maybe a gazebo if it rains. Then to be a central point and hand out leaflets to any other interested walkers and give nutri-bars to our Headway team, plus take some photos. If you are are able to stay until the end, when the walkers come back, even better. If not another volunteer will be needed to do the end shift between 11am and 12noon, depending on the speed of the walkers to meet and greet, thank walkers, take photos and un-assemble the gazebo, table and banner.
Someone who is social and physically fit.
