We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. Now, more than ever, people need our advice.

Citizens Advice Mole Valley is now seeking at least one new Trustee to join our Board. We are looking for a new Chair of Trustees to take up this important position in 2024/25, following the retirement of the current Chair.

We are open to prospective Trustees from any background who will bring a fresh perspective and good judgement to the Board. As important as any skills and experience is a commitment to the aims and values of Citizens Advice Mole Valley. We therefore actively encourage applications from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences, including candidates hoping to secure their first Trusteeship.

You will gain new skills, experiences, and the opportunity to meet some interesting people. The estimated time commitment for this role is at least 4 hours per month.

What skills do I need?

No specific qualifications are required to be a Trustee. We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and experience who are passionate about supporting our charity and who can bring innovative ideas, unique perspectives and good judgement.
