Trustee with experience in catering

Laleham Park Hub is a new charity starting out on it’s journey to build a community café and hub in Laleham Park on the site of the demolished sports pavilion. We are starting out as a small team and looking for a committee member to join us with experience in the catering and hospitality industry, to hold our hand and guide us through the process of planning the café, right from the start.

This is a unique opportunity for you to become part of this exciting project and make a real difference to people in your local community. This role enables you to be part of the key decision making process of this project and create a legacy for the next generation.

This role is voluntary and will probably suit someone who is retired from a catering background or has the time to commit to help bring our vision to life.

What skills do I need?

We are seeking an experienced person from the catering and hospitality industry to provide support to create our café at the community hub from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the business plan and provide insight into the logistics of operating a café on a daily basis.
