We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Mental Health Supervisor to join our board of trustees and ensure the emotional wellbeing of our team and the safe delivery of our services.


The Role
The Mental Health Supervisor Trustee will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s mental health work by providing professional oversight, ensuring ethical practice, and supporting the emotional wellbeing and development of volunteers, service users and project leads. This trustee will help shape how we deliver safe, effective, and ethically grounded services to the community.

What skills do I need?

• Recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, or similar.
• Professional experience in mental health supervision (either 1:1 or group).
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• Commitment to ethical practice and creating a safe, inclusive environment.
• Confidence to contribute to strategic discussions from a mental health perspective.
