YMCA East Surrey (RB)
We are looking for keen volunteers to assist with our Exercise Referral programme at the YMCA. Our Exercise Referral programme enables people with chronic health conditions or disability, or who are rehabilitating from injury or illness, to engage in physical activity and lead a healthier, more active and independent lifestyle.
We have a varied timetable of Exercise Referral classes and supported gym sessions, and we are looking for volunteers to assist across the programme. You could be someone with fitness coaching experience or qualifications, or you may have participated in an Exercise Referral programme yourself.
We will meet with anyone who is happy to help.
