We are looking for confident, organised team members to join our busy mobility office in Carshalton. The role will be based on reception and will entail welcoming visitors and helping with general enquiries, answering and logging calls and passing on relevant information.
There is also a whole range of administrative tasks including inputting data on our computerised system, sending out information, dealing with general enquiries and related administration. Other duties include opening and distributing post, filing, photocopying, scanning and generally assisting with the smooth running of the office.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about people with the ability to communicate clearly. We would like a team player who is flexible in their approach and happy to learn new skills.
