This role involves attending our Trustees meetings to take the minutes.
These meetings take place 4 times per year for half a day, usually on a Tuesday.
This role would be at out head office on the outskirts of Leatherhead, and you would need to drive as it is not near to any public transport.
The role will involve making notes about all actions/decisions/points to note and any significant discussions. It would not need to be full word for word minutes.
You would then formally type up these notes either at our office or from home and send to the Chair of Trustees.
You would be really helping a small local charity with limited resources.
This role would suit a former PA/secretary with Trustee board experience ideally but is not essential.
