Epsom and Ewell Time Bank (TB) is a new exciting startup organisation that is focused on local community projects to exchange time and skills in the spirit of co-operation, social interaction and integration.

We are recruiting a leadership team who are passionate about their community, Time Banking and want to get involved in it’s setting up and running.

Accountable to: Epsom and Ewell Time Bank Project Manager

Location: Working From Home (WFH) and onsite in Epsom, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Banstead and Ashtead

Commitment: 1 to 2 Hours a day / Monday to Friday for 6 months to 1 year commitment

What skills do I need?

Roles being recruited…

Time Bank Coordinator – Working across the Time Bank, including individual members, charities, and other organisations or groups to ensure a cohesive seamless experience and operation.

Time Bank Broker – Knows the members, encouraging and overseeing exchange offers and requests and their execution. Ensuring the Time Bank system maintains an accurate record of events.

Onboarding Officer – Onboards Time Bank applicants and team members, guiding them through the process and policy documentation.

Community Liaison – Works with local charities and community groups to promote the Time Bank and identify opportunities to help one another.

Treasurer – Oversees the finances including financial reporting.

Participant Representative – A member of the Time Bank, that represents the interests and concerns of its members.

Safeguarding Officer – Provides guidance and support on issues relating to safeguarding and well-being.

Policies and Procedure Officer – Works with the team and members to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Providing guidance, reviewing documentation and working practices.

Data Protection Officer – Worked with the team and members to ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Providing guidance, reviewing documentation and working practices.

Funding Raiser / Bid Writer – Identifies and manages fund raising opportunities.

Marketing, Social Media and Events Organiser and Moderator – Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Time Bank.

Human Resource Manager – Responsible for providing advice and guidance on policy, equality and diversity issues.
