Help our visitors enjoy a perfect day at Runnymede. We need you to be an ambassador for Runnymede, as well as to provide information so visitors get the most out of their visit.
What's involved?
Know that you are helping to look after one of our special places. You are important in making sure things run as smoothly and safely as possible – this includes getting to know health and safety and evacuation procedures.
There might occasionally be some other activities that are of interest to you, that we could use your help with.
This role will
suit you if you are...
Someone who enjoys meeting people, has a friendly and helpful nature and likes being part of a small team.
Self-motivated and happy to roam the site independently.
Passionate about great customer service and the National Trust as a whole.
Cheerful - even when a walking party has just arrived and it’s a little bit hectic!
Ideally available once a week, weekdays or especially weekends but ad hoc availability also welcome. A commitment to core hours from 11am – 3pm will help cover essential checks and cover breaks.
